Essay

In dissertation complex research of information - legal aspect of protection as part of civil aviation information security has been done. Problem concerning legal regulation of information processes in civil aviation field and peculiarities of organization of information security in the field by means of implementation of legal function of law are investigated. Concepts "information", "civil aviation information security", "protection of information", "data protection" have been defined and specified. Peculiarities of breaking in civil aviation information field have been analyzed.
