Dubenets-Popova S. Correction of climacteric infringements at multigiving birth women.

Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of climacteric infringements at multigiving birth women on the basis of studying of the basic kliniko-functional, biochemical, endocrinological and microbiological changes, and also improvement of algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role of considerable number (more than 3) sorts in genesise developments of climacteric infringements in patients of this group is shown. The interrelation between clinical, biochemical, endocrinological and microbiological infringements, and also development urogenital frustration at multigiving birth women with climacteric infringements is established. It has allowed to expand having data about patogenesise a climacteric syndrome and scientifically to prove necessity of improvement of a technique of correction of climacteric infringements. The role replaceable hormonal (system and local) and metabolic therapy in correction neuroendocrinological changes at multigiving birth women with climacteric infringements is studied. Practical recommendations about decrease in frequency and degree of expressiveness of climacteric infringements at multigiving birth women on the basis of use of the differentiated approach to appointment of system and local hormonal and metabolic therapy are developed and introduced.
