Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the issues for betterment of the earlier results and follow-up as for treatment the patients who contracted necrotising pancreatitis by the pathway of an improvement and development for surgical tactics by using microsurgical technologies. The relevance to stratify the patients into subgroups which enable to choice optimal diagnostic and surgical tactics hinged on surgeries urgency creteria was substenciated. The method for pancreatonecrosectomy was improved by using netrasound dessector SONOCA 400. It was also developed the tactics for complex treatment the patients.
