Majorov V. The Civil legal adjusting of agreements in bank activity.

The Dissertation contains the complex analysis of general theoretic and practical problems of conclusion, implementation and dissolution of agreements in bank activity and development of suggestions and recommendations in relation to perfection and effective application of norms of legislation in the field of adjusting of agreements in bank activity. The Dissertation is devoted research of bank agreements (credit agreement, agreement of bank deposit and agreement of bank account) as types of civil legal agreement. A question is considered in relation to legal nature of bank agreements, and also concept and signs of bank agreements. The analysis of subject composition of bank agreements is conducted, right duties of sides of bank agreements. The substantial conditions of the credit agreement are considered, the subject of bank agreements is certain. The grounds of stopping of bank agreements are analysed. It is investigated parities of the rights and duties of subjects bank relation and it is made offers concerning improvement and effective application of norms of the legislation concerning protection of subjects of bank relations. On the basis of the researches conducted in dissertation conclusions are done and suggestion in relation to perfection of current legislation of Ukraine in the field of the legal adjusting of bank agreements.
