The dissertation deals with the issues of deals' acknowledgement invalid and legal consequences of their invalidity. The above-mentioned issues are being researched as a means of protection of violated civil rights and interests of legal relations' participants. There has been analyzed in the dissertation legal nature of invalid and null deal. There has been suggested classification of invalid deals. On the basis of theoretical and practical materials there have been researched separate grounds for acknowledgement of deals invalid. The analysis of legal consequences for acknowledgement of deals invalid makes the logical end of the dissertation. The legal consequences for acknowledgement of deals invalid are the final step to realization by the aggrieved party the right to protection. Therefore the improvement of legal consequences for acknowledgement of deals invalid is a necessary prerequisite for person's civil rights and freedoms protection.
