Object: process of actualization of personal-freedom in modern ukrainian society. Aim: conceptualization of the process of personal freedom of students in the conditions of modern high school. Methods of investigation: сomparatevily-historical, system-structural, system analyses, typologization, comparative analyses and synthesis made on its bases, mass guestionaires, focused group interviewes, analyses of documentary sources. Theoretical and practical results: The value - subjective approach to the analyses of personal freedom actualization is used. That may be used in further investigation in this topic; The categorial machine of personal freedom investigation is worked out; Factors of personal freedom actualization of students youth are revealed. That will help to prognosticate further development of this phenomenon. Novelty: conceptualization of the process of personal freedom actualization in the conditions of high school. Level of introduction: results of thesis investigation were used in working out of educational course "Basis of sociology" for students of Lutsk national technical university.
