The dissertation deals with the study of the problems of endocrine infertility pathogenesis and development of a new method for its treatment by means of nitrogen oxide. The basic parameters of the immunological and hormonal status of the patients with this pathology have been defined, the correlation between the disbalance in endocrine and immune systems has been shown. The clinical and laboratory, immunological, hormonal, instrumental, experimental and statistical methods have been used in the research. The purpose of the research consists of a clinical and experimental substantiation and introduction into the clinical practice the new complex method of therapy for endocrine infertility with application of nitrogen oxide and clomiphencitrate (CC) in the patients with anovulation and lutein phase failure (LPF). The experimental research have shown that nitrogen oxide causes stumulation of the morphofunctional state of the reproductive organs in the old rabbit females attenuated by age changes and normalizes sex and steroid hormonal activity. Complex CC and NO stimulation of the ovulation as well as isolated NO application the thickness of endometrium in periovulatory period up to the level of healthy women. It has been shown that complex CC and NO application in the patients with anovulation and LPF has an advantage compared to the separate application. The obtained data concerning the NO impact on the growth and development of follicle, on the endometrium state, hormonal and immunological parameters allowed to develop and substantiate a new approach to the therapy for the females with endocrine infertility. A new solution of the scientific problem with the development of a complex method for treatment of endocrine infertility on a basis of nitrogen oxide and CC intravaginal application has been proposed.
