It has been the features of course stable and instable angina pectoris with concomitant second-degree arterial hypertension with the help of Ivabradine and Bisoprolol along with basic therapy of 158 patients. It has been first proved that Ivabradine / Ivabradine and Bisoprolol application normalizes heart rate, has pleiotropic and cardiotropic effects: reduces aortic rigidity, pulse and systolic blood pressure, pulse wave rate, expression of endothelin-1 and anti-іnflammatory cytokines, normalizes diastolic function of the left ventricle.
