Essay

Object - renal function, hemostasis, fibrinolysis, its purpose - - to define interrelation of a functional - biochemical, morphological condition and optical model of the cortical, medullary portions and the papilla of the kidneys in norm and under condition of development tubulo-interstitial syndrome with a pathogenetic substantiation of correction of diseases; methods experimental, physiological, biochemical, histologic, physical - photometric, phasometric; statistical; results - it has been demonstrated that on the 30th day of sublimate nephropathy under the conditions of the tubulo-interstitial syndrome there occurs an increase of the content of the crystalline substance and a decrease of the content of the amorphous one in the above-mentioned renal portion, it has been shown for the first time that more sensitive criteria for an early detection of the tubulo-interstitial syndrome, based on a degree of an elevated content of the crystalline substance as a collagen marker, are asymmetry and excess than the median and dispersion that characterize the distributions of the parameters of the states of polarization for laser images, it has been demonstrated that positive correlation dependences between the excess of the phase shift in the renal papilla and the excess of the phase shift in the renal cortical substance have been ascertained by means of the regression analysis on the 30th day of sublimate nephropathy indicating the uniformity of the pathogenesis of the tubulo-interstitial syndrome in the said portions of the kidneys, the findings enable to assert that the use of the GA-40 medication results in a prevention of the development of the tubulo-interstitial syndrome on the 30th day of sublimate nephropathy.
