The thesis is devoted to the clearance of the actual task of the modern medicine and pathological physiology - to the optimization of the treatment of chronic periodontitis acute attacks with the application of pharmaceutical preparations clindamycine, atoxyl and dicloberl. The immune and metabolic status of patients with acute attacks of chronic periodontitis is studied in details. The method of chronic periodontitis treatment is proposed with usage of clindamycine (per os, 150 mg 4 times a day during 7 days), atoxyl (per os 3 times a day for 4 g diluted in the one half glass of water before meals during a week) and dicloberl (per os 50 mg 3 times a day after meals during 1 week).
