The thesis is devoted to the clearance of the influence in vitro of peptidoglycans, lipopolysaccharides and bacterial exotoxins on metabolism and production of antibodies by B cells. For the first time the influence of staphylococcal, diphtheritic and tetanic toxins and also of peptidoglycans, lipopolysaccharides on the lipid peroxidation, activity of antioxidant enzymes, systems of cyclic and adenyl nucleotides, antibody production by B cells is studied in vitro. It is shown that bacterial derivatives have species and dose-dependent influence on metabolism of B cells at their direct contact in vitro.
