Levitskaya A. New aspects of pathogenesis, diagnostic and prognosis of pregnancy and delivery in women after in vitro fertilization.

The thesis is devoted to the questions of the problem of courses and outcome of pregnancy and delivery in women after in vitro fertilization. The information about the courses and outcome of these pregnancies are given. For the first time the level of hormonal factors and immunity system during these pregnancies was defined. Then the level stress factors was defined. The study has demonstrated that level of stress's hormones of pregnancies after IVF increased, but level of stress-limited system decreased. It aiso was defined correlation connection between the level of stress factors and courses and outcome of pregnancy of women after in vitro fertilization. The new way of prognosis of courses and outcome of pregnancy and delivery in women after in vitro fertilization was proposed, which is based on estimation of level: progesterone, estriol, progesterone/estriol, РАРР, cortisol, nitric oxide and the state of stress-reaction of women after in vitro fertilization
