The thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of legal regulation of social relations that occur in the implementation of human rights NGOs of their constitutional and legal status, revealed and analyzed the theoretical and practical issues of constitutional and legal status of human rights organizations and its individual elements. The features of formation and development of human rights organizations in Ukraine are determined. Suggestions for improving the current legislation of Ukraine on human rights NGOs are based.
