The thesis is devoted to the study of the dynamics of 317 male (88209 name uses) and 351 female names (81387 name uses) which were given in the Ukrainian families, and also 447 male (11351 name uses) and 492 female names (14718 name uses) which were given in the Ukrainian-mixed families in the villages of the central regions of Donetsk province. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the anthroponymy system of the period from 1890s to 2000s was done.
