In the process of thesis research it was analyzed and summarized the main approaches of learning skills and potential problems of orphans. Defined personality-oriented approach and structural components of the potential skills. The components of the proposed diagnostic tool to study the potential skills of orphans. Based on empirical research conducted by psychological analysis of the development of abilities of children orphans, thereby able to identify particular levels of actualization of potential gifts, depending on its structural components and characteristics influence deprivational characteristics.
