Essay

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of the alterations of free radical oxida-tion and energy metabolism in the pathogenesis of spermatogenesis and sperm func-tional state disorders under the exposure of the organism to used motor oil (UMO). During the experiment (long-term action of UMO mixture in a dose of 500 mg/kg of body wt) the progressive increase of superoxide anion radical (.О ) production by NADPH-dependent mitochondrial electron-transporting chains in testicles and sperm as well as NADPH-dependent spermatozoa chains - cytochrome Р450 and NADPH-cytochrome В245(558) has been found out. It has been found morfological and functional disturbances and reproductive function disorders in male rats.
