The dissertation is devoted to the study of constitutional and legal aspects of status of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine in the representation of the people system. The author studied issues of political and legal nature of said representation, its main components and areas; offered author’s vision of main preconditions and phases of formation and development of representation of the people and peculiarities of its introduction to the legal system of modern Ukraine; pointed to its main flaws and proposed algorithms of their elimination using legal means.
