Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problems of diagnostics, clinic and the problems of treatment of patients suffered from encephalitis connected with activation of herpetic infection. There was studied the state of clinical hemostasiological, neurovisual indexes at 80 patients suffered from encephalitis connected with activation of herpetic infection and at 26 patients suffered encephalitis of unexact etiology. It was got that in encephalitises connected with activation of herpetic infection in anamnesis there was observed high frequency of allergic manifestations, herpetic rash and somatic diseases at this time organic neurologic symptomatics was accompanied by structural changes of the brain according to the data MRT-investigation with the presence of hemorrhages into the brain and the great percentage hemorrhagic syndrome according to the data of investigation of cerebrospinal liquid. There were got the data about more severe clinical course of encephalitises connected with HSV1/2 and mixed-herpesvirus infection. It was determied that at patients with encephalitises connected with activation of herpetic infection there were developed hypocoagulative changes in the system of coagulative hemostasis which were accompanied by the lowering of aggregational qualities of thrombocytes. The use of acyclic analagous nucleosides had positive influence on clinical course of encephalitises connected with activation of herpetic infection and optimised the therapy of hemorrhagic syndrome in encephalitises connected with activation of HSV1/2 and mixed-herpesvirus infection.
