Barvenko O. Economic Elite as a Subject of Economic Modernization

Object of research: economic elite, as proprietor of various types of resources, influencing on the vector of development of all of society. Research purpose: an exposure of essence of economic elite is in economic modernization, opening of intercommunications which allow to forecast the foot of influence of economic elite on development in the conditions of economic modernization of transition society. Research methods: scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, historical-evolutional, theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical and by sight graphic analysis. Results, novelty: the specific of economic elite is exposed, exposed and systematized the function of economic elite, classification of elites is improved by a selection and ground of new determination - destructive elite, the features of activity of economic elite are exposed for socio-economic development. Sphere of the use: research, teaching work, practical activity of organs of government control of economy.
