Object - the verbal and nonverbal communications of Ukrainians in view of its principal parameters; objective - to research features of the representation of the principal parameters of the communications in Ukrainian paremias in view of principles and dialogue maxima; methods - descriptive, functional, of a comparative analysis, a discourse-analysis, an intent -analysis, a pragmatical analysis; novelty - is in complex research of action of laws, tactics, strategies, forms, signs and functions of the communications through Ukrainian paremias with objective of the description of the traditional communicative code of Ukrainians; results - principal parameters of the verbal and nonverbal communications, reflected in paremias' fund through the form of communicative laws, rules, tendencies and determining appropriative strategies, tactics of communicative behavior in view of principles and dialogue maxima, as well as the communicative stereotypes, fixed in Ukrainian paremias in aspect of psycho-, sociolinguistics as shaping attributive features of Ukrainian ethnos are analyzed; features of the pragmatical importance of Ukrainian paremias are researched, they display the verbal and nonverbal communications in an originality of Ukrainian mentality; branch - phraseology, communicative linguistics
