Essay

Dissertation is devoted to problems of diagnostics and treatment of traumatic disease in patients with liver injury in polytrama. Treatment results of 90 patients was analysed. Epidemiological features of liver injury were showed, main criterias of traumatic disease dynamical clinical course. Significance of endogenous intoxication indexes and humoral immunity markers in traumatic disease clinical course diagnostics was proved. Offered intensive care components allow to limit the liver tissue level attraction, to reach «organ guard regime» in postoperative period, to decrease the intoxication level in acute traumatic disease clinical course and number of complications.
