Nagnybida V. Proprietary interests in anybody's property: the comparative-legal aspect.

Complex research of proprietary interests in anybody's property under the civil law and the foreign countries' legislation was carried out in the work. On the basis of the comparative analysis of legal regulation of proprietary interests in anybody's property in the foreign countries' legislation, the existing order of the rights attaching, the peculiarities of their regulation in the countries with different legal traditions was investigated by the author. The question of the proprietary right and proprietary interests in anybody's property features are being developed in the work. A number of conclusions in the proprietary right general theory was accomplished. On this basis, propositions as to the improvement of current civil legislation concerning legal regulation of proprietary interests in anybody's property were formulated.
