The dissertation is devoted to the examination of the questions of management and legal support of the internal affairs while ensuring events. Investigate the functioning of the internal affairs as the subject of events, their significance and role in the police activities in Ukraine. The analysis of the functioning of the existing system of fixed number of features of the police in the context of events. Principles of classification events at the level of public danger. Made analysis of the existing legal framework of events and made several suggestions for improvements. Particular attention is paid to training units of the police to perform tasks while ensuring events. Developed appropriate methods of evaluating the readiness of the units of the police to perform tasks to ensure events.
