Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the investigation epizootic situation of nematodosis in pigs in the territory of Ukrainian Polissya. Grants are got in a relation to undulating dynamics of spread by ascarosis in pigs. The seasonal dynamics of invasions of rain-worms by eggs and larvae of A. suum and Oe. dentatum on territory of pig farms have been established. The periods when pigs may became infected from lumbricides in the Zhitomir region is registered in April-May and October-November. Pathohistological changes are certain in an intestine and liver of pigs, which infested by ascarosis and ezophagostomosis. The "method of determination of a pig's stress-status" was offered for the diagnostic, medical and prophylactic helminthic treatment. The changes of morphological and biochemical composition of blood of pigs were registered at a spontaneous nematodes invasion. Application of index of agregation for monitoring of vital functions of the polyparasytic systems was approved in the organism of pigs. Experimentally efficiency of Brovermectine and Brovadazol-plus for treatment of pigs, infested nematodosis with 4 components. It is first set a therapeutic effect rises at application Brovadazol-plus in a complex with vegetable butter. Desinvasive operate solutions of Brovades-2, Crystal-900 and Crystal-1000 on the eggs of A. suum and M. elongatus and also larvae's Oe .dentatum was investigated.
