Object - combined pathology: hysteromyoma and dishormonal diseases of mammary glands (DDMG) on the background of hypothyroidism; purpose optimization tactics for women with associated hysteromyoma and DDMG on the background of hypothyroidism by examining the pathogenetic links of these pathological conditions; methods – personal, anamnestic, clinical, immune-enzyme analysis, ultrasound, mammography, statistical; results – in women of reproductive age with hypothyroidism found a significant increase in the monomer (biologically active), rather than the total prolactin; research results have enhanced the available data on pathogensis of combined dyshormonal pathology of the breast and uterus among women of reproductive age against the backdrop of hypothyroidism, based on studies established a close relationship between the levels of biologically active prolactin, thyroid and sex hormones and developed a pathogenetically substantiated system of monitoring of reproductive age women with hypothyroidism, and proved its effectiveness; branch – medicine.
