Chernovaluk J. Realization of right to family by creation of family-type children's home.

The dissertation is devoted to marketability right for a physical person on family by creation and functioning of family-type children’s home, and also research of mechanism of his realization. There are analyzed the experience of activity of family-type children’s home, outlined the circle of problems questions and possible ways of their decision. The analysis of indexes of efficiency of existence of this form of family device of orphans and children devoid of parental care, is conducted. In the process of dissertation research the row of suggestions of theoretical and practical character is formulated in relation to perfection of current legislation and practice his applications, which will be instrumental in the most complete realization of right to family both inmates and parents-educators of family-type children’s home.
