The dissertation is devoted to theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the development of the motivational mechanism of effective personnel management at machine-building enterprises. Established the motivational mechanism of effective personnel management at machine-building enterprises with regard to the state of external environment; formulated on the basis of economic laws, substantiated by the principles, methods and leverages, includes instruments - the polycriterion system of activation of personnel, the integral system of management work evaluation, quality system and evaluation of timeliness in carrying out operations by direct and indirect workers; includes monitoring of performance measures of job evaluation for elaboration of quantum meruit under the condition of effective operation of the enterprise.
