Essay

In the thesis the technology of sewage collector recovery by using slag casting structures has been scientifically substantiated and developed. The sewage network state has been analyzed as well as the factors influencing on the structures operation life. It was established that the products of slag casting, particularly of nikrolite, used in pipelines of hydraulic transport systems, appeared to be much stronger (especially wear-resistance) them the materials traditionally used in sewage systems - ceramics, plastic and concrete. There has been developed the design procedure of strength characteristics for steel- nicrolite insert-pipes and composite insert-pipelines lined with nicrolite. The technical, engineering and organizational solutions for the sewage collectors with slag casting application were suggested.
