Astapova T. Adaptation of Foreign Experience of Local Self-Government Bodies Activity Reformation in Ukraine

Object of research: local self-government in Ukraine. Purpose: theoretical ground of directions and means of reformation of organization of co-operation of bodies of local self-government in Ukraine and population on the basis of the use of experience of leading countries of the world and new approaches to the decision of these questions. Methods: analysis and synthesis, abstracting and generalization, comparison, sociological questioning. Results: experience the developed countries of the world is generalized with the purpose of his application in local self-government of Ukraine. Novelty: the ways of introduction in activity of bodies of local self-government of participative form of management are grounded, approaches to the analysis of domestic legislative base with the purpose of improvement of the legal providing of management projects at local level are developed. It is inculcated in activity of bodies of local self-government of Kharkiv. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
