Teplova N. State administration in a process of a socialization of people with special needs

Object of research: a sphere of management socialization of people is in society. Purpose: theoretical ground of strategy of public administration in the sphere of socialization of people with the special needs and recommendations in relation to their practical realization. Methods: analysis, historical, statistical, complex approach. Results: in theory strategies of public administration in the sphere of socialization of people with the special needs are grounded and recommendations in relation to their practical realization are developed. Novelty: the necessity of introduction of inclusive education as mean of educational integration of persons with disability is grounded; technology of increase of level of socialization of people with the special needs by means of inclusive education is developed. It is inculcated in activity of central and local public authorities. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
