Essay

The object of study - mycoses with concomitant chronic inflammatory bowel disease. The purpose of the study - to improve the treatment effectiveness at patients with mycosis with chronic inflammatory bowel disease through the development of evidence and the complex differentiated causal and pathogenetic therapy in the light of clinical features, immune status, gut microflora. Methods: physical, general clinical and laboratory studies, mycological, immunological, studies colonic microbiota, statistics. The thesis is dedicated to the effectiveness of treatment of patients with mycosis with the account of changes in functional state of the bowel and immune status. In patients with mycosis accompanied by chronic inflammatory intestinal diseases predominated disseminated forms of mycosis, found dysbiosis and significant deviations in the T-link of the immunity, the increase in CD95+, the IL-2 (CD25+) reception was reduced. There elaborated and substantiated a complex etiotropic and pathogenetic therapy of patients with mycosis accompanied by intestinal diseases with the use of antimycotics, immunomodulators and medicines for correction of the gastrointestinal tract activity. There given a clinic laboratory evaluation of effectiveness of the offered complex therapy in comparison with traditional methods. The results of the thesis are used in lectures and workshops with students, doctors, interns, medical residents and reports on training courses Zaporizhya, Donetsk, Kharkiv medical universities of Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Results have been implemented in practice Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Ivano-Frankivsk regional dermatovenerologic dispensary, City clinic hospital № 17 of Dnipropetrovsk. Use area - dermatovenereology.
