The thesis is devoted to the ethological and pathogenetical basement of caries treatment method in children of early school age with the application of preparations that contain lysozyme, fluoride and calcium on the basis of microbiological, immune and metabolic parameters study. For the first time the influence of oral liquid pH on immunosuppressive properties of streptococci and also on the oral liquid humoral and cellular immunity factors is studied. The fluoride and calcium content in affected and non-affected by caries enamel is studied. The efficacy of Lisobact, Vitaphtorum and calcium gluconate usage for the treatment of caries initial form is studied in 5-12-aged children.
