Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of structural and functional state of the gastric mucosa of rats after the effect of hyperthermia of the medium severity and use of inosine as a protector. We used histological, morphometric and statistical methods, the method of electron microscopy. It is established that hyperthermia produces the changes of the gastric mucosa of the rats, witch are observed in all levels of the structural organization. Application of inosine as a corrector reduces the manifestations of the changes caused by the influence of chronic hyperthermia of the medium severity.
