Dolenko O. Optimal treatment non-specific bacterial and candidosis vulvovaginitis of fertile women.

The author first suggested an original method of treatment of non-specific bacterial and candid vulvovaginitis which allowed to achieve eradication and elimination of pathologic and conditional-pathologic microflora. The choice of sensitizer, range of waves lengths of light radiation of visible spectrum and exposition have been experimentally grounded. In the clinical part of work it is proved, that photodynamic therapy possesses a number of advantages in comparison with traditional therapy, allows to avoid selection multiresistant strains pathogenic microorganisms, promotes stimulation of factors cellular and humoral links of local and system immunity. Method photodynamic therapy is characterized high clinical efficiency of treatment non-specific bacterial and candid vulvovaginitis, concerning a wide spectrum of pathogenic and is conditional-pathogenic microorganisms, absence of non-desirable effects and allergic reactions. Treatment using offered method allowed to prevent chronization of non-specific inflammatory deaseas of vagina and cervix in fertile women.
