Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the a topical poblem of modern obstetrics - to identify the role of new pathogenetic and working out the criteria of using initiation and inhibition apoptosis indicators together with diagnosis parameters of the state of circulation disorders in placenta at preeclampsia. The gravity of preeclampsia is characterized by the existence of disbalance between the CD95+-mediated apoptosis the placental growth factor (PLGF) apoptosis process predominance. During the development of placental hemodynamic disorder identical immune mechanism was proved, where as the development of placental hemodynamic decompensated state is associated with the lowest index of PLGF which characterizes the exhaustion of cell compensation mechanism. Determined the sensitive use of the studied immune in diagnosis, prediction of the preeclampsia and treatment. It has been proved that the proposed algorithm of predicting preeclampsia severity and placental hemodynamic disorder has deep specificity, which allows to consider its use in the obstetrics practice as a real reserve for decreasing the rates of prenatal loss at this pathology.
