The said work is devoted to the clinical-pathogenetic peculiarities of hypertensive disease II phase for patients with different body weight, determination of predictive efference of continuous combined antihypertensive and hypolipidemic treatment. When the body weight of patients with HD II phase enlarges, then we can define aggravation of lipid storage disease, increase of myocardium mass coefficient and diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricle, vessel endothelial dysfunction. Patients with HD II phase with weight deficit had increase in relative left ventricular wall thickness, aggravation of vessel endothelial dysfunction in comparison with patients which had HD II phase with normal body weight. The greatest efficiency of the combined treatment (Lisinopril + Amplodipin + Atorvastatin) was marked for patients with HD II phase with abdominal adiposity of I degree, hypertrophy of the left ventricle, cholesterol level decrease of lipoproteins with high density; implemented into practice of healthcare settings of several hospital, into scientific and educational process of two medical universities of Ukraine; branch - medicine.
