Essay

Object - unstable angina in patients with thyroid dysfunction; methods - general clinical, laboratory (blood lipid profile, haemostasis system, immune reactivity, levels of fibrinogen and C-reactive protein), functional ( ECG, Echo-CG), statistical; result - the dissertation reflects the evaluation of the peculiarities of the angina pectoris clinical course in association with thyroid gland dysfunction, lipid metabolism, haemostasis, levels of fibrinogen and C-reactive protein, immunity status and assessment of the therapeutic efficacy and safety of the complex therapy with administration of antihomotoxic drugs in patients with hypothyroidism and coronary heart disease; novelty- It was established that clinical course of the unstable angina is more severe in patients with thyroid gland dysfunction; iIncrease of the platelet aggregation ability and fibrinolytic activity on the background of moderate hypercoagulation in patients with unstable angina and hypothyroidism, depression of fibrinolytic activity and extensive hypercoagulation in patients with hyperthyroidism were established.;significant elevation of fibrinogen and C-reactive protein levels were noted in patients with unstable angina in association with thyroid gland dysfunction compared to the patients without thyroid pathology; suppressed immunity status with T-cell deficiency and decreased immune regulation ratio was established in patients with unstable angina with hypothyroidism while patients with hyperthyroidism had tendency to auto aggression and humoral link of immunity activation. Additional administration of аntihomotoxic therapy in patients with decreased function of the thyroid gland promotes compensation of hypothyroidism and doesn't impact on the coronary heart disease clinical course; implemented into practice of healthcare settings of several hospital, into scientific and educational process of two medical universities of Ukraine; branch - medicine.
