Essay

This dissertation is one of the first special complex monographic research of legal regulation and organization of pension insurance in Ukraine in modern national legal-financial science. The complex theoretical and methodological analyses of the legal essence of pension insurance have been done. Genesis of pension system establishment and development has been done. The essence and peculiarities of pension-insurance law have been defined as a segment of financial law. The subject of pension-insurance law has been formulated. Number of measures for improvement of legal regulation of pension insurance, in particular the project of Pension Code of Ukraine has been proposed.
