Stolika O. Role of quercetine in acute cardiotoxic effect of anthracycline antibiotics prevention

Object of research is patients with hemoblastosis which received anthracycline antibiotics therapy; purpose - to develop the method of prophylaxis of anthracycline antibiotics cardiomyopathy; research methods: clinical, morphological, biochemical, instrumental; novelty - efficiency of quercetinum in the prophylaxis of acute anthracycline antibiotics affection of heart in an experiment were proved; determined violation of systolic and diastolic function of the left ventricle background on anthracycline antibiotics therapy; determined violation of the condition of lipid peroxidation at patients with anthracycline antibiotics cardiomyopathy; the method of prophylaxis of acute cardiotoxic influence of anthracycline antibiotics with quercetinum is developed; it was implemented in practice of the adult and child oncohematologic centers of Institute of Urgent and Restoration Surgery n.a. V.K. Gusak AMS Ukraine, Donetsk city, department of chemotherapy of the Donetsk Regional Antineoplastic Center, Cardiologic department of city clinical hospital №6, Zaporozhia city, Cardiologic department of city clinical hospital №27, Kharkov city, City communal clinical hospital, Lvov city and also in the pedagogical process of departments of propedeutic of internal medicine №1 and 2, internal medicine №1 of Donetsk National Medical University n.a.
