The work is dedicated to the complex research of civil law aspects of bankruptcy of some legal entities - the debtors in the sphere of industry and agriculture. The necessity of the extension of the list of legal entities which require special bankruptcy regulations has been proved in the thesis. Special attention is paid to the question of bankruptcy of city forming enterprises, natural monopoly of fuel and energy complex, agricultural and farm enterprises.
