The object of the research: process of distance labor activity (DLA) of professionals and experts of the industrial enterprise; The purpose of work: further development of DLA management theoretical and methodical basis as a set of administrative impact aimed at ensuring the coordination of its performance by professionals and experts of engineering enterprises; Research methodology and instruments: the method of analysis and synthesis; classification, structure functional, operational and structure element analysis; functional, process and situational approach; expert methods; the method of questionnaire design; linguistic approach; the theory of fuzzy sets; multidimensional statistics analysis; functional and cost analysis; statement logic theory; causal effect relationships; graphic method; the method of theoretical generalization; Theoretical and practical results: Clustering of domestic engineering enterprises professionals and experts regarding their readiness to participate in DLA considering its success factors which are characterized by high, average and low utility level; definition of «process DLA» concept which most fully reflects the nature of DLA thanks to allocation of its informative structure elements according to functional and activity approaches; classification of DLA which includes the fullest list of DLAs; improved conceptual basis of personnel DLA management which includes DLA top priority reasons; categories of enterprise personnel and types of DLAs which are called for by modern domestic engineering enterprises; the concept of DLA operational administration; DLA's integration character; priority of DLA content and conditions stimulation in the context of its performance motivation; methodic approach to estimation of the readiness of professionals and experts to carry out DLA; sequence of analysis stages for defining the appropriateness of DLA application at an enterprise; the methodic approach to DLA management which is different due to the interrelation between situational variables and personal dispositions of remote workers which predetermine their inherent way to perform DLA at a choice of characteristics of administrative influences which are carried out on the remote worker, and also developing of the basic principle concerning determination of DLA duration for professionals and experts with different level of readiness to DLA; Subject and degree of introduction: the results are implemented in the practical activity at «Motor Sich» JSC, «HARP» JSC, «Kharkiv engine design office» MC; The sphere of application: personnel management of machine-building enterprises.
