Kobernyk L. Valuable orientations as a factor of arising and overcoming of conflict behavioral forms in youthful age

The thesis is devoted to the theoretical and experimental investigation of valuable orientations as a factor of arising and overcoming of conflict behavioral forms in youthful age. The concepts of "values" and "valuable orientations of youthful personality" have been specified, the mechanisms of the development of student valuable system has been revealed, the essence of the category "conflict behavioral forms" has been analyzed. The conflict behavioral forms and different approaches to their classification have been discussed and systematize, the valuable factors of arising and levels of displaying in youthful age have been underlined. Specific relationships between valuable orientations and conflict behavioral forms have been revealed and types of personalities depending on the predominant valuable orientations on their basis have been distinguished, characteristic peculiarities of students personal types in the context of their conflict behavioral forms and valuable sphere have been underlined. Psychological factors and mechanisms of prevention and overcoming of conflict behavioral forms have been proved. The program of developing psychological correction of conflict behavioral forms in youthful age by the way of development of the personal valuable sphere has been treated and approved.
