The dissertation deals with the problem of forming subjective orientation of the personality of a future practical psychologist. The types of orientation are singled out - objective, mixed and subjective; their representation in the future psychologists is investigated, the relationship between subjective orientation and other significant personal professional qualities of the future practical psychologist is proved. The program of forming subjective orientation in future practical psychologists is grounded and experimentally tested; the personality-orientated paradigm makes the methodological basis of the program.
