The content of the phenomenon teenagers'personality self-determination was concidered and substantiated; the social and psychological conditions of forming noted new formation were investigated; the theoretical model of the mentioned conditions was developed; the indexes and levels of this phenomenon development were found at the teenagers'; the system of correction-development measures for the work with teenagers'was substantiated and applied for practical psychologists teachers tutors with the aim of development activation of teenagers'personal new formation.
