Dymchenko N. Psychological peculiarities of the development of professional reflexion of future managers.

The Dissertation deals with the problem of studying of psychological peculiarities of the development of professional reflexion of future managers. It was shown that the process of forming of professional reflexion is a complex one, which was determined by translating of psychologically motivated program into the educational process. This program had to include psychological and pedagogical influences of the teacher on students with the purpose to stimulate the development of professional reflexion of future managers. It was substantiated that the level of the development of professional reflexion of future managers was determined by sphere of motivation of a person, her/his emphatics, personal and intellectual reflexion, cognitive complexity of the person and also students' system of professionalization. It was proved, that actualization of professional reflexion of future managers was determined by individual peculiarities of the person and also by psychological and pedagogical influences of a teacher on students. This actualization is achieved through: а) the organization of training activity, role interaction, autopsycodiagnostics; b) by the teachers' using of the methods of active teaching, for example, business games; c) stimulation by the teachers the process of the development of cognitive complexity of future specialists.
