Essay

The thesis deals with the substantial optimization of the distribution of information and computing resources among units of computer networks, developing mathematical models of resource allocation algorithms and finding the optimal or near optimal distributions. Mathematical models and algorithms sharing computing resources among nodes computing clusters are developed. A heuristic algorithm, the modified genetic algorithm and branch and bound algorithm for determining optimal or near optimal allocation of resources among units of computer networks are proposed.
