Essay

Urgent scientific task devoted to contacting between ecological safety level and slime pit dust level of ore-dressing plants with development of their influence on environ-ment reducing method is solved in thesis. The processes of forming dust emissions by slim pits on the basis of studying proper-ties of enriched iron ore slimes as well as the main regularities of spreading ecologi-cally dangerous dust on the area adjoining them have been investigated. Using water composition containing bentonite clay and fixing additions in the capacity of protect-ing the surface of slime pits dry plots for improving ecological safety have been also justified. Ecological danger level at introducing proposed method of dust extraction reducing has changed from ,,very dangerous" to ,,slightly dangerous".
