Rachinsky O. Economics and Prognostic Model of Nature-Use of Urbanized Region

The thesis deals with the peculiarities of nature-use in the agricultural sphere of administrative districts of urban region on the example of Kiev oblast region. The essence and content of the concept meaningful spatial economic and ecological cluster (TSEEC), which provides scientifically grounded elements of the interaction of economic systems and natural resources of the region's urban districts. The key concepts "capacity" of natural resources, its differential for properties of ecosystem, environment, territory, landscape and agricultural land is defined. It's developed based on the research processes of urbanization constructed reference frame theory of explored territory. A logistic analysis of the territory and urbanization in the context of environmental security as well as evaluating the functioning of agriculture, forestry and water management is provided. The criteria, indicators and methods of environmental governance in the agricultural sphere of administrative districts, the scientific principles of environmental monitoring, weather and environmental development strategy of urban areas are given.
