Oliynyk Y. Psychohygienic estimation and correction of the living of senior pupils of industrially-agrarian region

Object-influence of life activity conditions on state of psychical and general health of senior high school students in conditions of industrially-agrarian region (IAR) and their hygienic correction. Purpose-scientific substantiation of hygienic measures on primary psychoprophylaxis of health disturbances of senior high school students in conditions of modern IAR. Methods-hygienic, psychophysiological, psychological, statistical. Novelty-for the first time according to the results of hygienic experiment on location general regularity and peculiarities of formation of psychophysiological and psychological adaptation of senior high school students which live and study in different settlements; psychophysiological and sociological risk factors of origination of psychical and general health disturbances were determined according to results of comparative analysis of different in the main conditions of life activity; criteria of assessment of organism’s functional state, psychological and psychophysiological resistance of senior high school students to unfavorable conditions of life activity in settlement of different type were substantiated; methodic of psychodiagnostics of prenosological psychical states were suggested; preventive psychohygienic measures on primary psychoprophylaxis of psychical health disturbances of senior high school students directed at increase psychological firmness, overcoming of states, situations and risk periods were scientifically grounded. Results of investigations were introduces into educational process of Tsirkuny comprehensive school of Kharkov region, Kharkov gymnasium № 1, practical activity of doctors on hygiene of children and adolescents of Dnipropetrovsk region and Kharkov sanitary-epidemiological stations, into educational process of institution of higher education: Dnipropetrovsk state medical academy, N.I. Pirogov Vinnitsa national medical university, Ukrainian medical stomatological academy, Odessa state medical university, M.
