Klitchenko O. The ensuring of Internal Political Security of the State under the Conditions of Social and Political Transformations: the Experience of Romania and Bulgaria

The thesis deals with the investigation of theoretical and practical aspects of the providing internal political security in Ukraine under the conditions of social and political transformations based on the experience of Romania and Bulgaria. Based on the analysis of the development of national security it was stated the predominant influence of internal situation versus external impacts on the national security. In the thesis was proved the possibility and reasonability of separating the internal security as a part of national security. The south destination of the integration of Ukraine in Europe appeared to be the prospective decision that may be useful in stabilization of internal political situation and in promotion of national interests of Ukraine in Black Sea region. The thesis covers the problem of the identification of the main basics for internal security in Ukraine in the period of social and political transformations. The constitutional authorities of the leading political subjects were analyzed. Based on this analysis it was stated that current situation in the internal security system in Ukraine may be characterized as synergistically unstable.
